Pork loin in breadcrumbs with chips

PORK LOIN IN BREADCRUMBS WITH CHIPS
LLOM ARREBOSSAT AMB PATATES
LOMO REBOZADO CON PATATAS


COOK TIME: 30 minutes
LEVEL: EASY
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
- 1 egg
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 4 potatoes
- 4 piece pork loin
- Salt and oil
METHOD:
1.First beat an egg and put some salt on it.
2.Pour salt on the pork loin and put the pork loin with the egg and then put it in the breadcrumbs.
3.Then, put some oil in a frying pan and heat it.
4.While the frying pan is heating, peel and quarter the potatoes. Put another frying pan with oil and heat it.
5.After that, fry the roughcast pork loin, in a frying pan, and put the potatoes in the other frying pan.
6.When the pork loin and the potatoes are golden, put them in two dishes.
7.Serve it and eat them. Mmmmmmmmh………….Delicious!!!
